Industrial Dryer Trays & Perforated Trays

Industrial Dryer Trays & Perforated Trays

H K ASSOCIATES manufactures premium Industrial Dryer Trays and Perforated Trays designed for high-performance drying, heating, cooling, and sterilization in industrial, laboratory, food processing, and pharmaceutical applications. The trays are fabricated from Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Polypropylene (PP), and Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP), ensuring excellent strength, durability, corrosion resistance, and hygienic operation.

Standard tray size is 16” × 32” × 1.25”, with material-specific thickness options

Aluminium 1.2 mm – 3 mm
Stainless Steel 0.8 mm – 1.6 mm
PP 2 mm – 5 mm
FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) 2 mm – 5 mm

Trays can be custom-manufactured in any size, thickness, material, or perforation pattern according to customer requirements and process specifications. Both welded and jointless constructions are available. Depending on the application, trays can be supplied as solid or perforated for optimized airflow and heat transfer. Smooth finishes and rounded edges ensure safe handling, hygienic operation, and easy cleaning.

Optimized tray design ensures uniform airflow and maximum heat transfer, delivering consistent drying, cooling, or curing performance while improving overall process efficiency.
